This dual recognition reflects both our firm’s work and the leadership behind it. At Katashe, we help organisations navigate digital transformation through strategic governance, ecosystem development and collaborative venture building across Asia.
The body of work supporting this recognition includes:
Contributing to the Ethereum Foundation’s Ethereum Basics for Governments and Institutions primer, translating Ethereum’s infrastructure, governance and applications for institutional and public-sector audiences.
Responding to the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s Consultation Paper P012-2026 on proposed amendments to its Technology Risk Management Notices, with a focus on accountability, operational resilience and proportionate controls.
Supporting the design of ACCESS Singapore’s board-governed Bitcoin and Ethereum treasury framework, including the development of its Board-approved Investment Policy Statement and the structuring of an independent custody and control architecture.
Together, these initiatives reflect a core Katashe belief: institutions need more than access to emerging technologies. They need the governance frameworks, shared understanding and ecosystem coordination required to adopt them responsibly.
